- Not be registered on negative files (UC AB, Bisnode)
- Pass KYC verification (Know Your Customer)

5. Application Process
5.1 Submission
You complete the online form. This information is processed confidentially according to our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Analysis
Timeframe: 24-48 hours. Gerd Bistand verifies your file, performs legal checks, and assesses your eligibility.
5.3 Offer
If approved, you receive a detailed offer: amount, rate, duration, fees. This offer is valid for 14 days.
5.4 Signature
You sign the contract electronically. Document generating full legal commitment.
5.5 Disbursement
Funds disbursed 24-48h after signing. Bank transfer according to agreement.
6. Rates and Fees
6.1 Transparency

7. Repayment

- No early repayment penalty
7.2 Late Payment
- 0-5 days: Courtesy reminder
- 5-30 days: 1.5% monthly surcharge
- 30+ days: Possible legal action (Kronofogden)
8. Liability
8.1 Gerd Bistand
- Responsible for explained loan conditions
- Responsible for data protection
- NOT responsible: financial markets, borrower's personal decisions
8.2 Client
You are responsible for:
- Accuracy of information provided
- Timely repayment
- Confidentiality of access credentials
9. Limitation of Liability
Gerd Bistand is not responsible for:
- Indirect losses or consequential damages
- Service interruptions or site bugs
- Misuse of public information
- Investment decisions based on the site
10. Duration and Termination
10.1 Duration
Loan contract begins upon signature and ends upon full repayment.
10.2 Withdrawal
Withdrawal right: 14 calendar days from signature. Written request to: privacy@gerdbistand.com
10.3 Termination
Gerd Bistand may terminate if: non-payment 60+ days, fraud detected, serious breach of conditions.
